The Nikon D5100 digital SLR camera is ideal for photography enthusiasts looking to get creative and have fun with their photography. Photographers can switch from shooting top quality still images to full (1080p) HD movies with ease and can experiment with the 7 creative special effects for unique images. The large 3inch Vari-angle screen is ideal for shooting images at new angles and is especially useful when using the camera's Live View mode.

Simon Iddon, Product Manager for Enthusiast products says: "The D5100 is the perfect camera for photographers wanting to get creative and apply fun special effects to both their still images and movies, in camera.

He adds: "Now is a great time to purchase the D5100, not only to capture the last of the summer sunshine but also to record precious moments, such as children starting school for the first time. And with just a few months to go before Christmas you have time to get used to the camera and find your favourite special effect before the big day!"
