This policy guarantees you to be able to buy from us at the same price as other authorised Nikon photographic retailers in the U.K.. Our goal is to offer you the very best deal on new Nikon camera equipment.

Our commitment to you is that we will match the UK's leading specialist camera dealers who are authorised Nikon stockists that sell genuine UK stock. We do not price match non-authorised UK stockists of grey* imported equipment. In addition, new Nikon equipment supplied by Grays of Westminster is eligible for a special three-year warranty if you are also a Nikon Owner magazine subscriber.

How to Get a Price Match

If you see Nikon equipment available cheaper elsewhere please telephone us on 020-7828 4925 or email us at info@graysofwestminster.co.uk with your daytime contact details, the Nikon equipment that you want us to price match and a link to the website on which you've seen the cheaper price. One of our staff will check the competitor's website and then contact you.

Conditions for Price Matching

We will only match like-for-like Nikon items (including the Nikon model and kit variants) that are in stock and available for immediate delivery/collection from the competitor. The competitor's price must be available to all customers and include all applicable delivery charges. The competitor's price must also exclude any discounts or promotional offers including (but not limited to) voucher codes such as VIP, affiliate cashback, membership or personal discounts.
